Dr Guy completed his medical degree at the University of Sydney. He completed his specialty training in anaesthesia at both Concord and St George Hospitals, with additional training at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital in the United Kingdom.

He is a visiting specialist at St George Hospital, St George Private Hospital, Hurstville Private Hospital, Kareena Private Hospital as well as several other hospitals.

Dr Guy has broad clinical experience, with a current practice that includes anaesthesia for major orthopaedic surgery, urology, vascular surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, plastic surgery and general surgery.
