Dr Weston is a science and medical graduate of the University of Sydney. He underwent his specialty training in Anaesthesia at St George Hospital, gaining further clinical experience at Sutherland Hospital, Wollongong Hospital and The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. He completed his Fellowship at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital working as part of the Liver Transplant Unit, and subsequently obtained recognition as a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.

Dr Weston works as an Anaesthetist in Southern Sydney and has several appointments in both public and private facilities throughout the region. His areas of special interest include anaesthesia for liver, obstetric, paediatric, orthopaedic, emergency, and head and neck surgeries. He also has a keen interest in ultrasound guided regional anaesthesia and teaching, and is an instructor for the Early Management of Severe Trauma.
